Customer-Uploaded Artwork
By uploading artwork for a custom gang sheet or transfer, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to reproduce that artwork. You agree that Transfer Obsessed prints your files on a fulfillment basis and is not responsible for infringement claims arising from customer-supplied designs. You agree to indemnify Transfer Obsessed against any such claims.
Prohibited Content
We will not knowingly reproduce content that infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity — including unlicensed characters, sports/team logos, celebrity likenesses, and brand marks. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Our Preset Designs
Our seasonal and trending preset designs are licensed for commercial resale as printed transfers. They may not be redistributed as digital files.
DMCA Takedown
Rights holders may submit a takedown notice to brandon@lifestylessports.com with the work identified, the infringing item URL, your contact info, and a good-faith statement. We remove verified infringing listings promptly.
